Join Our Neurodiversity-Affirming Team at Sense Therapies

Are you an Occupational Therapist, Speech Pathologist, or Psychologist who’s passionate about helping children and families thrive? Sense Therapies is inviting Expressions of Interest (EOI) from clinicians who want to join an innovative, neurodiversity-affirming practice that’s redefining what allied health can look like across Bulli, Kiama, and Berry.

What Makes Sense Therapies Different

Founded by the team behind Sense Team Sports — a program that has supported hundreds of neurodivergent children across Australia and New Zealand — Sense Therapies brings that same spirit of inclusion, movement, and joy into allied health.

  • Custom-Built Clinic: Our custom-built Bulli clinic is designed for fun and connection — featuring beautiful sensory gyms, trampolines, and a huge foam pit where therapy comes alive through play.

  • Collaborative Team: You’ll join a team of 17 passionate clinicians who work closely together to create an environment where teamwork, creativity, and collaboration support us all.

  • Flexible Delivery: While our main clinic is based in Bulli, our clinicians also deliver school and community-based programs throughout Kiama and Berry — bringing therapy into natural and familiar environments where children learn and thrive best.

  • Nature Connection: We live and work in some of the most beautiful natural spaces in Australia, and that shapes how we practice — blending nature and community into every part of our approach, not just clinic-based work.

  • Dedicated Support: Behind the scenes, our dedicated support team ensures you can focus on what you do best — being a clinician first.

A Workplace That Works for People

At Sense Therapies, our leaders are committed to listening — to hearing what matters to you, implementing your ideas, and continuously shaping a workplace that genuinely works for people.

  • Whether you’re seeking part-time or full-time work, you’ll have the freedom to design a role that fits your lifestyle, blending time in our Bulli clinic with school, home, and community-based sessions across the stunning Illawarra and Shoalhaven regions.

Who We’re Looking For

We’re looking for clinicians who bring heart, creativity, and curiosity into their work — people who see therapy as both science and art.

You might be a great fit if you are someone who:

  • Loves play and connection — you light up around children and embrace joy as a core part of therapy.

  • Is comfortable with the messy middle — you can adapt to change and enjoy being part of an evolving, innovative environment.

  • Communicates openly and takes initiative — you value collaboration but can also self-direct with confidence and clarity.

  • Sees learning as lifelong — you’re always curious, reflective, and eager to keep growing.

  • Thrives in creativity and innovation — you enjoy contributing ideas that help shape new ways of doing things.

Why You’ll Love Working With Us

  • Purpose-built clinic – sensory gyms, trampolines, and a foam pit designed for movement and play.

  • Nature & community connection – work across Bulli, Kiama, and Berry in beautiful natural spaces.

  • Collaborative culture – a 17-clinician team where teamwork and shared learning thrive.

  • Leaders who listen – your ideas help shape our workplace and direction.

  • Dedicated support team – so you can focus on being a clinician first.

  • School and community programs – meaningful work beyond the clinic.

  • Innovation & creativity – part of the same vision that inspired Sense Team Sports.

Ready to Make an Impact?

If you’re looking for a workplace that values your ideas, supports your wellbeing, and celebrates connection with people and place — we’d love to hear from you.
