Join the Team: Speech Pathologist (Bulli, Wollongong & Illawarra)

Are you ready to find your 'Sense Feeling'? Sense Therapies is growing, and we are looking for a passionate Speech Pathologist to join our fun, play-based paediatric team. We are a neuro-affirming, trauma-informed practice dedicated to supporting children and families through connection, movement, and joy.

Why Sense Therapies? We know that for our therapists to take the best care of our families, we need to take the best care of you. We’ve built a supportive, multidisciplinary team of over 17 clinicians who truly value collaboration, curiosity, and work-life balance.

What we offer:

  • Competitive Salary: $85,000 – $120,000 per year (commensurate with experience).

  • The 'Sense' Balance: Option to work four days and be paid for five.

  • Purpose-Built Facilities: Work out of our beautiful Bulli clinic featuring sensory rooms, a gym, trampolines, and a foam pit.

  • Support: A dedicated admin team so you can focus on what you do best—therapy.

The Role: You’ll work with a diverse paediatric caseload (Early Language, Speech, Literacy, Feeding, AAC, and more) across clinic, school, home, and community settings. Our therapy is:

  • Play-based and child-led.

  • Grounded in neuro-affirming and strengths-based practice.

  • Embedded in real-life contexts like movement and community adventures.

About You:

  • You are a qualified Speech Pathologist (New Grads and experienced clinicians are welcome!).

  • You are passionate about communication autonomy and identity-first practice.

  • You love play, creativity, and thinking outside the box.

  • You hold (or are eligible for) SPA membership, Medicare eligibility, WWCC, and a Driver’s License.
