We're so excited to unveil our incredible line-up of group programs for Term 1! Designed with care and led by our incredible Groups Coordinator and Occupational Therapists, these groups offer unique opportunities for children of all ages to connect, learn, grow, and have a blast in a supportive and neurodiversity-affirming environment.
Whether your child is looking to build strength, meet new friends in a pre-school setting, improve their water skills in the ocean, enjoy bike riding or play team sports in a modified setting, we have something for every child!
Every Sense Therapies group is an interest-based opportunity to develop a child or teen’s abilities to safely connect with others, build physical or sensory skills, all while being supported by a dedicated Allied Health team. Group Programs

Sense STRENGTH is an Occupational Therapy Group led by experienced OTs and personal trainers at NSPC Gym & Sense Therapies Clinic, Bulli. The focus is on providing support and guidance for kids to develop healthy habits, move their muscles, build strength and learn new skills in safe, fun environments.
WHEN: Mondays
DATE: 2nd February –30th March
TIME: 3:30pm - 5pm
AGE: 10yrs + (participants split into age groups for warm up & circuits)
COST: $125- 1.5hr session
LOCATION: NSPC Gym, Bulli (next door to the clinic) & Sense Therapies Clinic, Bulli

Come and join us for a fun filled morning of connecting with other preschool aged children and their families in our sensory gyms. Using a DIR floortime model, our therapists will be there to support you and your child in meeting their play and social goals. The session will be play based and child led.
WHEN: Wednesdays
DATE: 28th January –1st April
TIME: 10am - 11am
COST: $120 per 1hr session
AGES: 3-5yrs
LOCATION: Sense Therapies, 237 Princes Highway, Bulli

Join our surf coach and therapist Carmel and work with our OT's to reach your therapy goals in the water! Build your ocean confidence, learn new surf skills and connect with peers in a fun, dynamic environment!
Please note- 1:1 support is not provided in this group setting- we welcome parents, carers and support workers involvement if your child requires 1:1
WHEN: Wednesdays 4-5pm 28th January –1st April

Fridays 30th January –27th March
3:30pm 5-7yrs
4:30pm 8yrs + FULL- waitlist only

Does your child need help to be part of a sports team? Sense Team Sports is a footy-based Occupational Therapy Program. We use modified drills to help kids & teens: Process sensory information, focus on activities, work on their coordination, manage their emotions and have fun with friends! Join our Woonona Team run by Sense Therapies Occupational Therapists and Therapy Assistants.
WHEN: Wednesdays
DATES: 28th January –1st April
TIME: 3:30pm 4-7yrs 4:30pm- 8yrs+ (Groups are split according to age)
COST: $85 per session

Sense Bikes is a social, occupational therapy group for kids who can already ride and are looking to gain better bike control. Be supported by our OT’s and build the confidence, and independence, to get out there exploring our local community together on 2 wheels.
Participants must have their own bike/scooter and helmet

TIME: 3:30pm - 5pm 1.5hr session
COST: $125 per session
AGES: 7-12yrs
LOCATION: Various locations in the local community Fairy Meadow- Bulli.

Programs of Support & Cancellations
All Sense Team Sports, Term Groups & Holiday Activities including Camps are goal-oriented, skill-based & delivered as Programs of Support.
Programs of Support are delivered as intensive group therapy for a specific period range (no longer than 12 weeks) with a definite start and finish date. The inclusive period for each Group/Activity offered by Sense Therapies is detailed in the individual Intake Forms, Confirmations & Itinerary communications – provided before commencement.
In acceptance of participation in Programs of Support, Participants agree to be charged for the service provided, regardless of attendance/non-attendance - as long as the provider could deliver the support/activity (or an alternative) was delivered. Through utilising the Program of Support model, we can both maximise therapeutic benefit and ensure fair pricing for all Participants (as per NDIS Price Guide).
Programs of Support fall under the NDIS Capacity Building OT Group Rate.
Please Note: Programs of Support are subject to the following cancellation regulations:
Sense Team Sports & Term Groups Participants must notify Sense Therapies of withdrawal from the Program of Support 14 full business days PRIOR to the commencement dates of the program. Failure to provide less than 14 full business days' notice of cancellations will incur a two (2) week cancellation fee. Participants wishing to exit the Program of Support during the inclusive Program’s dates will incur the standard two (2) week cancellation fee.
