Our Term 2 group programs are purposefully designed and delivered by our multi-disciplinary team of Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists, and Psychologists.

We understand that effective support goes beyond simple inclusion; it must be inherently therapeutic and goal-directed. Every group is specifically structured to target the functional therapeutic goals of the children and adolescents attending, ensuring that every session provides the clinical integrity required to support meaningful progress. These sessions provide a powerful, participation-based environment where participants can build self-awareness and functional skills while engaging in meaningful activities in The Illawarra and Kiama communities.

By facilitating therapy within natural environments, we ensure that the progress made is directly transferable to the everyday lives of our participants.

Group Programs

  • Sense STRENGTH is an Occupational Therapy Group led by experienced OTs and personal trainers at NSPC Gym & Sense Therapies Clinic, Bulli. The focus is on providing support and guidance for kids to develop healthy habits, move their muscles, build strength and learn new skills in safe, fun environments.

    • When: Mondays (20th April – 29th June)

    • Time: 3:30 PM – 5:00 PM (1.5 hours)

    • Age: 10yrs + (Participants split into therapeutic age-peer groups)

    • Cost: $125 per session

    • Location: NSPC Gym & Sense Therapies Clinic, Bulli

  • Does your child need help to be part of a sports team? Sense Team Sports is a footy-based Occupational Therapy Program. We use modified drills to help kids & teens: Process sensory information, focus on activities, work on their coordination, manage their emotions and have fun with friends! Join our Woonona Team run by Sense Therapies Occupational Therapists and Therapy Assistants.

    • When: Wednesdays (22nd April – 1st July)

    • Time:

      • 3:30 PM – 4:30 PM (4–7yrs)

      • 4:30 PM – 5:30 PM (8yrs+)

    • Cost: $85 per session

    • Location: Shamrocks Oval, Campbell St, Woonona

  • Sense Bikes is a social, occupational therapy group for kids who can already ride and are looking to gain better bike control. Be supported by our OT’s and build the confidence, and independence, to get out there exploring our local community together on 2 wheels.

    • When: Thursdays (23rd April – 2nd July)

    • Time: 3:30 PM – 4:30 PM

    • Age: 7–12yrs

    • Cost: $85 per session

    • Location: Various community locations (Fairy Meadow to Bulli)

    • Note: Participants must have their own bike/scooter and helmet.
